Mr Avinash Umapathy is a lawyer with rich experience of over 11 years working in Banking and Non-Banking Finance areas. He is currently working as Deputy General Manager at ICICI Bank Limited.

Mr Rathore has over 30 years of varied rich experience in Commercial and Development banking of which 25 years have been with two apex level financial institutions of India viz Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) and Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI). He started his career as a Probationary Officer in SBBJ, Jaipur and worked at various positions. Currently he is the Executive Director of Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), Mumbai. He is a Chartered Accountant and Post graduate degree Law and Management.

An MBA from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA), Deepak also holds a Diploma in Business Finance (DBF) from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI). Deepak is the co-founder and director of M2i Consulting, the leading Consulting outfit specialising in microfinance, rural finance and microenterprises. Under his leadership M2i has introduced several products for MFIs like Code of Conduct Assessments (COCA), Loan Portfolio Audit(LPA) and Equity valuation of MFIs. Deepak has experience of about ten years working with the MFIs in eight countries across Asia. He has worked as a rating analyst in the past and has undertaken rating of over 70 MFIs. He is also an experienced trainer and has designed and delivered trainings on various technical and managerial aspects of microfinance. Deepak has provided advisory services to a large number of MFIs, financial institutions and donors.

Mr Siddharth Kothari is a Chartered Accountant and is working with JM Financial Investment Limited from last 5 years managing investments across sectors. Prior to JM he has worked with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young for about 8 years.
