RECRUITMENT

For field positions, recruitments are usually done through newspaper advertisements followed by a written test for mathematical ability and personal interviews. The candidate's eligibility is assessed on age, educational qualifications and family background. Those who score above the pre-specified cut off levels in the test are interviewed and those selected undergo three months training as probationers.
