Mr. S. Raghu Vinay, VP - Operations
Raghu Vinay worked as a marketing executive after completing graduation in 2003, joined Spandana as a Credit Assistant in 2004. With a very positive attitude, he learns quickly, performs and delivers even at very short notices. He grew up the ranks in the last 6 years and today he is regarded as a maestro of data management and operations – he heads the TN State Operations as a Vice President.

Vinay Says - Rome was not built in a day. Spandana is a place to build one-self brick by brick and keep persevering, and the performance gets recognized and rewarded handsomely. Ms. Rojaramani Kotla, Manager - Communications

Rojaramani Kotla graduated from AU, Vizag in 2001, learnt computers worked at different places before joining Spandana in 2004. Since then Roja has worked her way up through hard-work and learning on the job. Roja started her career at Spandana as a Data Entry Operator (DEO) and moved on to become Insurance Analyst, MIS Analyst, Astt. Mgr -MIS, Mgr-MIS, Consumer loan Manager to the current role of Communications Manager where she manages the circulars and internal communications across the branches in multiple languages. During the last 6 years, her Salary has grown 8 times.

Roja says – Spandana is a great place to learn and do new things. With hard-work, anybody can achieve success in Spandana. I would like to continue to achieve more success with my hard work and contribute to the growth of the Organisation.
