Padmaja Reddy, Founder and Managing Director » Mrs. Reddy is a post graduate in Business Administration with over 20 years of experience in Social Development, Microfinance and Entrepreneurship » She pursued various trainings on Microfinance Strategic Leadership, Harvard Business School, all CGAP modules, a course on Microfinance at Naropa University, U.S.A, Credit and Micro EnterpriseDevelopment Training from Durham University Business School, U.K and Market Research for Micro Finance at Uganda » Ms. Reddy has been instrumental in building Spandana as one of the most efficient and profitable MFIs in India with a sustained growth model since its inception

Ms. Asha Latha Mettla, Whole Time Director, Head - HR & Admin. » Ms. Asha has Masters in Public Health and Nutrition and has worked in the field of Health Administration, Social Development and Microfinance for over 9 years. She has also worked with Apollo group where she was a Clinical Trials Administrator » Her association with Spandana started from the genesis of Spandana where she was instrumental in anchoring multiple functions at the start of the organisation including Operations , HR, Administration etc. » Currently at Spandana, Asha anchors the Human Resources along with Trainings and Administration

Mr. Sandeep Lohani, Chief Operating Officer » Mr. Sandeep Lohani is the Chief Operating officer of Spandana. Armed with an MBA in finance from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, he brings to the table over 12 years of rich & diverse experience in operations, sales, distribution, business development and corporate strategy. » In his previous role as Vice President of Lok Capital, he helped several MFIs develop new product verticals, improved productivity, enhanced operational efficiency. » He has successfully planned and executed several innovative business initiatives during his past engagements with Tata AIG and ITC eChoupal.

Mr. Nitin Agarwal, VP- Strategy and Risk » Mr. Nitin is MBA-Rural management with over 11 years of experience in Microfinance and Project Management across industries like banking, media, consultancy, research and startups. » He has worked with Fullerton India handling Strategic Initiatives and Risk Control; ICICI Bank in the Rural & Micro-banking Group; M-CRIL/EDA Rural doing Rating of MFIs and research; and also in Times Group and Living Media » Currently at Spandana, he anchors the Strategy and Risk Management Function
